Broyles Digital Operations is committed to delivering high-quality services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

All services provided are non-refundable once completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consulting sessions

  • Strategy development

  • Automation setup and implementation

  • Business recommendations or analysis

2. Payments Are Final

All payments made are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are committing to the service provided

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes

3. Partial Work & Cancellations

If a project is canceled after work has begun:

  • You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation point

  • No refunds will be issued for completed portions of the work

4. Missed Appointments

Missed or no-show appointments:

  • Are non-refundable

  • May not be rescheduled at our discretion

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be allowed if:

  • Notice is given at least 24 hours in advance

  • Approval is granted by Broyles Digital Operations

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases at our sole discretion, including:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback:

  • May result in immediate termination of services

  • May be subject to collection efforts for unpaid balances
