All services provided are non-refundable once completed.

Business recommendations or analysis
2. Payments Are Final
All payments made are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

3. Partial Work & Cancellations
If a project is canceled after work has begun:

Rescheduling may be allowed if:
Notice is given at least 24 hours in advance
Approval is granted by Broyles Digital Operations
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases at our sole discretion, including:
Duplicate payments
Billing errors
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback:
May result in immediate termination of services
May be subject to collection efforts for unpaid balances
